car 04 EP3
mods: k20a2, RBC intake mani, fujita 3in CAI, T1R race header, 70mm midpipe, 3in twinloop muffler. stock everything else

the idle is a little rich and idles high, this log was done on my way home after doing the idle relearn.

log didnt post but I can already tell you the answer is you need a new kal. That is the STOCK kal. Even the stock tuned kal would have been a better starting place than that.

Anyway, Load up my calibration and go out for a drive. Make sure to include some part throttle daily type driving and some idle time (at a stoplight or something)

Then make sure and do 2-3 3rd gear pulls from 2k-redline.

Dont shift from 2nd-3rd and punch it. Put it in 3rd, let the RPMs fall down, then punch it, full throttle, till redline. You can either let off or shift to 4th.

Save the datalogs as like WOT1, WOT2 etc and post them or upload them to www.speedyshare.com.

I can almost guarantee like 10-15whp gain with this kal if you let me tune it. Feel free to post any comments or PM me if you wish. Lean protection is enabled just in case.

i noticed it didnt load. sorry about that. its a modded tune based off the k20a2 CAI kal that hondata provides with kmanager.

i cant seem to get the log to load, if you would like to take a look at it i can email it to you guys


ill load up your kal tomorrow and try to get a data log, if not then def on sunday. thanks

from it the looks of it, it seems nearly identical to the k20a2 factory calibration that comes with hondata, not the CAI kal.

now that i think about it, your probably right. when i did the swap i had a short ram on the car. i just did some minor AF adjustments to get most of the knocks out.

thanks for the kal. im going to try it out today, and ill try to get a data log to you tonight or tomorrow, do you want one long one, or a few small ones?

small ones are best so it doesnt exceed maximum file sizes as datalogs get big real quick.
