JDM DC5 ITR kal help

hey guys

I'm new to hondata and tuning, i dont know much as of yet.

Ive got a 2001 Jdm Dc5 ITR, mods are J's racing 60rs exhaust and mugen intake.

what is a good kal to start of with?
i have looked at the ones that come with the Kmanager but the Cam angle maps can vary so much from kal to kal.
