S300v2 E85 B16a leaning out when fully warmed up
Re: S300v2 E85 B16a leaning out when fully warmed up
Have the dead times been set properly for the injectors you have?
Re: S300v2 E85 B16a leaning out when fully warmed up
I currently have ID1000's. The injector dead times are as follows:
Volts - 0.00 8.09 10.11 12.13 14.16 16.08 24.55
Dead - 1.49 1.79 1.17 0.80 0.56 0.36 0.35
Time
Do you recommend these values? If not, what dead times would be best with these injectors?
I had heard of problems with the ones supplied by ID but never really thought about it till you brought it up... Hmm.

Those values are about half what they should be.

Oh wow. So shall I just double each value under each voltage number and report back?
Re: S300v2 E85 B16a leaning out when fully warmed up
You should be in this ballpark:
10V = 1.9ms
12V = 1.5ms
16V = 0.9ms
This would be closer:
0.00 8.09 10.11 12.13 14.16 16.08 24.55
3.25 3.25 2.09 1.48 1.16 0.89 0.89
You're going to need to re-tune, especially are low loads.

Damn, that's rough. Just had it on the dyno again but il have to have a chat with him and go from there. Would this make sense of what could be causing my issue? It's just wierd cause everything is great unless it's at that certain throttle input while cruising.
