Force radiator fan parameter (fanc)not turning fan on HELP

Problem is my radiator fan will not turn on when I reach ect temp that is set in kmanager. Durning the datalog it will show it is switching on, but there is no signal/output from b6 (fanc) I replaced the Ect with brand new and same problem. My thermo switch turns both fans on , but I want to be able to adjust it during summer time here in Hawaii. Is my ecu damaged? Can this be fixed? I tested the ecu in another rsx and the out come was my ecu did not turn that cars fan on.switched back to my friends kpro and fans where working. Another issue I noticed is when I fill gas, I notice there is little to no pressure when I remove the fuel cap, fill gas, then my car won't start, I have to crank the hell out of it until it starts and then it's fine. I put the original stock ecu in the car and I have gas tank pressure. And when I fuel gas it starts right up. Wtf please help me out.

You have already emailed us about the fan control and have been given complete details on what you need to do. Since the ECU is damaged replacing it will probably fix your other problem as well.
