Cant register my kpro... newbie help please!

Newbie here...
- what sort of vehicle you have
Acura RSX Type S 2002
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU (don't include what sort of rims you have nor stereo etc).
Only have AEM V2 intake.

Ok, so its not really a "problem" with kpro itself, im able to upload calibrations, change parameters check the maps and every function of the ECU.

My problem is that i cant register my kpro, all the spaces to fill are greyed out and im not able to fill them, and of course am not able to hit the "register this kpro" button.

I've searched for answers before posting, but didnt find much, just a couple of threads saying that problem was solved downgrading the kpro version, so i looked for a older version of kmanager and didnt find any, also read on the official site that you should never downgrade.

So please, if any one could give some advise on how to register so i can reflash.

Also: being a newbie i dont understand why some of the changes i make do upload and others dont. For example if i load different calibrations they upload, also if i enable the inmobilizer it updates the info and the car wont start. but if i change the Vtec point, and enable the launch control those features doesnt update.

Only the KPro V3 can be registered - earlier KPros do not need to be.

Sorry missed it, i have kpro v3.

The serial number did not match that for a KPro III.

Are your USB drivers installed? In the device manager, what does the KPro show up as?

Post a picture of the inside of your ECU showing the entire K-Pro board. Make sure it is high quality and in focus.

That doesn't help anything that earlier versions don't need it I'm having the same issue with not being able to register anyone with any actual tips able to help
