Latest non-beta version I am using.
And I tried following this last week, same issue.

Currently using 3.5.8, does the beta 3.6.1 fix the rad fan issue?

It definitly will not work on 3.5.8

Updated firmware 3.6.1 yesterday. Confirm rad fan is not on anymore even with 3.5% ethanol on the same map and options. Thanks for the fix.
