Ok. Flashed the flex fuel and it seems to be running as normal. Thanks so much for your help!

I had a power cut at the top of 3rd gear before this issue and now the issue is more prominent (power cut a little longer) at less than top of 3rd gear.

Without the calibration and a datalog showing the issue it is impossible to speculate on what it is.
