I have fully build up my K20a2 motor with :
New crank from Honda
Eagle rods
Wiseco 12.1 pistons
Hondata head gasket
Kelford stage 3 cams (316 inlet & 324 exhaust)
Kpro
DC race header
Buddy Club Pro Spec exhaust
Stage 2 clutch
Still going to be adding more parts by the new year.
And I am having trouble on getting my car started.
Had anyone out there that have done such an aggressive n/a motor setup ?
And does anyone have a kal setup or knows what I should do to tune Kpro ?
Full Motor Build.K20A2 Need Advice !!
Why am I getting the feeling that everyones setup is top secret unless it is the basic bolt on setups.
I live in Maryland just north of Washington DC and everyone around here boosts their car.
I am trying to go a completely different aggressive way and there is no one out there that is doing the same ?
That is pretty hard to believe.....
This is a tight community of people that love their cars and we should be able to help each other.

Re: Full Motor Build.K20A2 Need Advice !!
Well I found out the problem and it was the Kelford stage 3 cams.
What I didn't know is these cams are good for K24 bottom or you got to run 13+ compression on your K20 block.
So as of now I am going with Crower stage 2 cams and then going to add a SC running 7-9 psi at the very most for that little extra fun factor.
So new setup is going to be a rebuilt block, new crank, rod, and pistons (12.1)
head has been cleaned with new valves, springs and retainers, with Crower stage 2 cams.
As of now I still got stock injectors and tb.
So has anyone else has gone up to a 12.1 compression on their DC5 ?
