Flashpro Lock with password

I have a customer who bought the car from a dealer that came with flashpro,
the flashpro is locked with a security password and i am unable to upload or tune the car.
Is there anyway i can unlock the password?
Dealer have no idea whos was the last tuner of the car and unable to get the password.
Anyone or Hondata can help?
