Need a calibration until tune. Aemsri/dcrh/dccb/highflowcat?

I just recently bought the flashpro. I chose a MAP tune it's for Aem sri/race header/highflow cat and stock catback. The question is on my setup is all the same except the stock catback I have a DC sports race catback. Does this matter? Or should I choose something that's not the same brand just same specs? Please help just need an extra opinion. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
