Need Tune

I have a 96 civic ex
jdm d15b
450 cc injectors
cast mani
50 trim t3/t4 turbo
255 fuel pump
38mm external wastegate
I live in the u.p of michigan and dont have a tuner near by I got this started if anyone can take a look and help me out
