i was just wondering if there was a way to check the IACV before i put it back together and start the car? i have a k20a2 swap in a 2001 civic ex. i pulled the valve apart and wiped it down then put it back together and its not idling correctly. the car ran fine until i pulled the tb off to try and get to the starter. now its giving me this problem. any help would be much appreciated. thanks

IT is a rotary valve and must turn freely. Check it and try cleaning it again.
