The ignition advance cell value and datalogging table are not the same. Where are all the compensation areas affecting total timing?

Post the datalog and the calibration.

I'm surprised the car runs.

The injectors are 525cc/min, and the injector duration is much higher than I'd expect.
Closed loop is disabled.
The battery voltage is 8.5-10V
Your TPS is stuck at 53%.
The engine load 50kPa at 1500 rpm should make the engine rev freely, but it doesn't.
At 3900 rpm the engine load is 94 kPa, which again should allow it to freely rev, but it doesn't.
Rev limit is 10500 rpm.
AC clutch is on.

The ECU is on a moates engine simulator and the knobs are set into the "green" areas for the sensors. Aside from your observations which are valid for a real engine, would this affect the variance between the display end the datalog? If so, how should I set the knobs on the SIM properly aside from taking them to "green"?

If you feed the ECU imaginary / invalid conditions, how do you expect it to respond? Try it on a real engine and let us know if there is a problem.

I apologize for not informing you of the SIM and I thought it was a valid test setting the knobs until the sensor readings in the datalog turned "green".

I run a speed shop and have been repairing OBD1 ECUs for close to 10 years (since your original Hondata "staged" systems) for my clients and this one in particular brought in his ECU with an s300 complaining that the system would not respond to timing changes on the dyno. This is the reason I used the SIM the test the ECU instead of a car.

I will run a similar test on a car and get back to you with the results. Thank you for your assistance.

Ok attached is a real datalog along with the calibration. Thank you for your assistance.

It appears to be using the default ignition map.

I would suggest setting the ignition tables to all one value (20 degrees perhaps) and re-testing. It could be that the the upload is not working, in which case it would be worth trying the Online->Erase ECU function and then re-uploading.

Engine is running a little cool so it would be worth changing the coolant compensation so that it is not adding fuel below 177 degrees.
