hi, im having a problem uploading a cal. Everytime i try it says;

"The last flashpro upload failed,failure information : code 0 step 0 adress 0x00000, explanation: there is a fault with the flashpro firmware"

as of yesturday, i have the flashpro manager 1.9 and when i plugged in my flashpro, it updated the firmware. Now i can't up load and cals. Any help or info please??

Please tell me what your serial number is, then use the 'send support information to hondata' menu item.

I now have this problem also - Just after updating to 2.6.8 - Now can't Upload to it same error statement after trying

What did You do to Fix It??? I having Same Issue

can't upload even when connected via laptop-flashpro-obdII- still gives error: flashpro upload failed Code 0 Step 0 Address 0x000000 Reason: There is a Fault with FlashPro Hardware


And Yes: - I have Used the "send support information to Hondata option" a couple of times - w/ no response

Emailing support now with all the issues I am noticing so far:

RPMS increased is intermittent: sometimes can go to 7600 from 2nd to 3rd gear sometimes it cuts fuel at 7k just like its stock - like every other run to redline:

Launch Control does not work at all - cancel button does not show me LC Limit - clutch depressed in first gear - ebrake - TC off - CC off - in every different combination does not work - flashed a couple times - does not work.

The 'send support information to Hondata' is only monitored when we request it. It says this when you send it.

There is a fault with your FlashPro hardware. Email support@hondata.com with you serial number, name, address and phone and we will issue a RMA.

I e-mailed you guys this morning with all the info - thanks for all the help!

As of today I am experiencing the exact same problem and error message when I updated FP manager software. I cannot load a cal to FP unit but it will datalog. Message is same...
The last Flashpro update failed.
Failure information : Code 0 Step 0 Address 0x000000
