S300 V1, having problems, and now the BBG

So a few weeks ago I was in my car and it was idling in my drive way, Out of no where it died and CEL (no code) came on and it didnt want to start (felt like it wanted to but didn't, at times it would start for .5-1.5 seconds) So i came on here did some reading (from other peoples problems) And I eraced the ecu , took me a few tried for it to successfully do it, and turned off the on board datalog. Uploaded the map again and the car started up.

Before that a few weeks while my brother was driving i uploaded some changes and the car died, we pulled over, I re uploaded the map a few times and it started back up.

Now fast forward to present (within the weekish) I was at the 1/4 mile strip, drove home, parked the car (every thing was perfect). 7 days later, I take the car for a spin my BBG starts acting up, under boost more then spring pressure the WG will open, close repeativly threw out all the rpm over spring pressure. So lets say I need to make 16 psi. it will make 12-16 just jumps up and down (and you can clearly hear the WG open/close.)

So i changed my MAC to a brand new one, same problem. Ran a wire Straight from battery to MAC, no changes.
Did a leak down test, inspected the Tial 38mm WG, changed WG spring, all with no changes.
I ran out of ideas, what should i try next? IMO it has to be ecu telling the MAC to open/close.

Here is a VID you can hear it pretty good after he get ahead of me (Don't mind the nature of the vid) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-FcLV3mDlA
This ecu did not see much use untill about a year ago, ( I bought it in 07-08 ish)

V 2.3.3 SN4600

Thanks for any help.

00 Integra built B18c5, turbo Id 1000cc 38mm Tial WG.

So today I added a ground write to the ecu, and turned off quick spool.
And now my boost by gear works good.
so case closed?

You guys think Ill be able to use on board data logging without problems?

You should be able to use it without problems.

So today after installing a 2nd fuel pump.

I tried to get my afr's back on track in higher boost.
If I tried to go fixed based duty on my BBG it would not make any changes and keep me on gate pressure.
If I used gear/rpm based duty it would work fine. But that is not what's bothering me.
It won't let me log on my laptop, ever time I would go on line on my laptop, smanager would stop responding randomly. Like under display ever they would work fine then just freez, I can't click anything in smanager, (and after a little it would say smanager stoped responding) and would start showing everything every once in a while then freez again.

So I would have to do a pull while looking at my gauges then make the changes. And use the upload without going online.

Are you using resistor or non-resistor type spark plugs?

Resistor plugs, ngk7re I think, I'll pull one after work and tell you for sure.

So they were ngk7re, I threw on a new set, wired my 2nd fuel pump to a relay. BAM! Everything worked perfect, got my afr's set, went to the track, made like 20 runs (1/8 mile)

Last run, the car felt a little weired, like the boost problem I had before, but my logs showed 14-15 psi, so it wasent moving too bad around.
I looked at my log and it was freezing again, so now I can't stay online it freezes the smanager like before, (I had it on all the way home, like 40 mins)

So somthing is making my hondata trip? What can it be!?!

Check your plugs again, they may be getting fouled and that could cause some issues like this.

Changed the plugs, Still the same thing. Seems like not as bad thou, Will have a decent amount of up time before it starts to freeze. Any more suggestions? (plugs looked perfect, BTW)

Just a crazy thought, What if my distributor is going out? Some times when i shift gears my rpm needle falls very fast (defiantly not at engine rpm), thats the only odd thing I see happen sometimes.

IT is very possible that it could be distributor related. Check the rotor, the cap and the wires. You might also try borrowing a different distributor to see if that is better.
