help with odd no start/ runs poor

hey everyone just finished up a new build and loaded base map, car started ok and ran for about 3-5 min ( kinda poorly, low sluggish idle ) then stalled now wont restart. rechecked everthing in smanager and says everything is good. no cel/ dtc stored. tried a few other maps to see if it was related and no changes. did noticed something odd tho. with the key on and car not running the graph shows the cel in the wot/ 8000 rpm area and if i go check the sensors it shows a rpm for 65000!
the car is a 91 integra we just converted to obd 1 with a p28.it seems as if its reading the map incorrectly ( using stock map as well as stock map check off in settings ) also have bap disabled. funny thing is if i unplug the map sensor it wont set a code and almost wants to start. this car was a funky half year 91 where it had the bap inside the stock ecm , now that its converted do i need to re wire the map? just odd it makes no change plugged in or not? anyone ever run into anything like this before?

update. played with it more tonight. tried known good map sensor, no change. check voltages at sensor as well as ecm pins and all check ok.
tried a few diff base maps and don't seem to have any effect on it and was having issues with sensors displaying any values but yet the ecm green light is on and if i check under info it shows everything is good and will datalog and accept changes.
just for curiosity i loaded a stock gsr map and installed in my other car. started and ran fine , but yet still had the same issue with no live feedback of sensors/ rpm etc. took my stock p72 and swapped into the other car, started and ran ( similar to how it ran initially with other ecm except cel on. then like a light switch cleared up and smoothed out. ran good for a few min then stalled ) didn't want to keep running it with the p72 and 780 injectors. swapped the p28 back in with the stock gsr map still loaded on it, started and ran same as my p72 and now all the sensors feedback was working normally. changed inj size to 780 and tried to re start. started for a few sec then stumbled and died and wont start again.
any ideas to start looking at? everything seems to be working properly when it does run, batt is good and alt is charging. motor sounds great nice steady vac at idle. all grounds are clean and tight. poss issue with obd conversion harness?

Do you have the dead time for the 780 injectors?, try entering the correct dead times and start from there.

i found a few places that list dead times for them , but only 680 cc and 1000 cc. reset values to the numbers for the 680cc and will see how much that helps
i came up with 1.56 1.36 1.22 1.13 1.05 .96 ( voltage from 10v- 15v )
current values were 1.49 1.49 .96 .68 .49 .35

contacted precision and got the correct values for the 780s. reloaded base map with updated numbers. started but running crazy rich and still poor idle. ran for a few min shut down to make some adjustments. now wont start again. tried reloading map. even going to stock map with updated injector input and just crank no start. then solid cel and red flashing light from ecm. bad ecm/ hondata install??

What is the serial number on the s300 inside the ECU?
From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

its the new white board ,s300 30366 i will have to fire the lap top back up later to get the other version number, but i just uninstalled and re installed it on sat and checked for updates and said was up to date. and when i go under the info tab it says all is good when its connected
i played with it a little more this morn. i think its a issue with the obd conversion harness. plugged the ecu into my other car and loaded a stock map and fired right up and everything worked perfect. all the data log and sensor readings were reading correctly, real time changes took like they should and green light was back on. so now looks like its time to check the wire locations. also did notice the iac was making a odd buzz sound. so def looking like a wire not pinned correctly

ok got it sorted out. jumper harness was pinned wrong. swapped in a diff harness and fired up and worked fine. went thru the original harness and found the wires for tdc/ cyp were not right. re pinned the jumper and re installed it no more issues . off to the dyno next fri and hopefully will be all good ! thanks for the help!
