Problem - I'm having a problem registering my Kpro, all the areas that need to be filled out are grayed and wont let me type in any info. I am not able to even click on the register my kpro with hondata button. I opened Kmanager and it shows at the bottom of the screen (driver installed)

In my attacthments:
Pic 001 - Grayed out areas I can't fill out to register
Pic 002 - Kpro tab showing only showing i by Kpro
Pic 003 - What screen pops up when I click on the about registration link ( should my kpro tab look like that? )

Sorry for any confusion in my description, this is all new to me. I've been doing some reading but still can't figure it out. Also thanks in advance for any help given, it's much appreciated!!

The problem is not registration; the problem is that the software cannot see the KPro.
Follow the USB driver installation here http://www.hondata.com/help/kmanager/usb_drivers.htm

I found my problem to be was my driver wasn't installed even though it said it at the bottom of the screen. Also you need internet connection when you have you're ecu wired to you're laptop(assuming that's what you're using).
