Sorry for bringing this up from the dead but how exactly were you able to fix this issue?

Trying to bring this back from Dead. I am currently going through this same issue. Can anyone elaborate on what a fix could be? I'm not too sure what was meant by "mixture adjustments". Thanks in advance.
