Can not download maps from ECU

SManager is online, I can see logging data, but when I press Online->Download there are no maps and a I'm not able to save Calibration data to disc.
Is it the right way to save calibration values?

After you have downloaded, how are you going about trying to save the calibration?

I mean "save as" .skl file to disk, but those menu options are disabled.

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?
From Help, About, what is the version of software that you are using?
