Need help please

I own a Civic type R uk 2002 EP3 with Version1 Hondata

Turbo, Built K20, PRA

Recently having a problem , as I let off the accelerator pedal, idle drops so low it can stall.

Also idles ok, but on pressing accelerator pedal at a stand still , from 1500 to 3000rpm fluctuating AFR

any help would be appreciated

There's no wideband input enabled so it's hard to tell what's happening when you can't see AFR.
Also you might want to enable closed loop operation or is there any reason why you have that disabled?

I am pretty sure I checked the box:

Use an external wideband from ELD pin



Also I left it in open loop as not to have changes done by ECU
