I was just setting my timing on my Integra and I had the set timing window open and I forgot to close it before I shut the car off I still had the window open so I just restarted the car and closed the window. Will this affect my tune at all I've been told that it will mess up your tune if you don't close the set timing window before you shut the car off.

It should reset once the ignition is switched off.

To be safe, reopen your calibration connect everything with the key on, and open the set timing window again and then close it properly.
