Kpro v4 weird issue - Ignition stuck to ON

Good morning. I have a brandnew kpro v4 with weird issue. kpro shows ignition ON even when not plugged in the car. Sensors not being read. Car runs on limp mode but no engine error codes. I have video but dont know how to post. The rpm reading in the kpro is stuck at 5000 rpm even if car is not running. Currently car is in the car shop and would like some insights. By the way Im from the Philippines bought kpro from singapore. Please help me thank you

Please post photos of the KPro and the installation, including the connections on the back of the ECU circuit board.

Please bear with me. This is the only video as of this time sent by my installer. Will try to extract more photos later. Please give me any insight. Thank you

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?
From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?
