the unit was unlocked and after i registered, locked it to my car and uploaded a calibration last week and failed to upload to ecu it wont let me add any other calibration to the flashpro. I keep getting THE ECU HAS NOT BEEN RECORDED. CONNECT THE FLASHPRO TO THE VEHICLE AND SWICH THE IGNITION ON TO RECORD THE VIN. any help is apreciated. car is stock ecu 2014 acura ilx flashpro serial # FP-2012SI-110744

Have you tried uploading to the FlashPro with the laptop while it is all plugged into the vehicle with the key in the on position?

tried that as well. it sayed to conect to the car and swich ignition to on even when pluged in to the car. with all the checks green on the bottom also.

With everything plugged in and the key in the on position, go to Help and click on send information to Hondata support. Include a detailed description of the problem.

i finally had time to try again, and still same issue. so i did as you suggested. Hopefully i hear back from them and get this solved. Thank you

Try Clearing DTC's and then after that completes, unplug the ECU completely wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Then see if it will work correctly.
