When updating the software, which one do I select?
Recent product version or Beta version? What’s the difference between the two? Thank you

Unplug it from the vehicle when updating firmware an only plug in the USB.

not plugged into vehicle, on laptop trying to download datalog. Software says not responding in task manager for 10+minutes, tried two computers

windows makes the "device disconnceted" sound and green light flashes 2-3 times second continiously.

uninstalled and re installed, fixed- weird.
