Hi I am getting this error when I try to data log. I have a dell laptop running windows 10. Any idea on the problem?

Have you tried rebooting the laptop?

Have you tried reinstalling the software?

yes tried both. It's weird I can get around the error but the software freezes up while data logging also.

Are you using resistor or non-resistor type spark plugs?

Are you using OEM or aftermarket spark plug wires?
