hey can anyone tell me where all these knocks are coming from if their real or ghost knocks? it happens if I am in 4th gear at 2,200 rpms I also hear alittle bit of a rattle noise all my heatshields are removed I uploaded a datalog of the knocks thanks.

Also no check engine light is on, other than this problem the car drives like a dream machine.

Try removing timing from the area of the map that where the knock occurs and see if you get less knock.
