FlashPro dealer license

Hello. A customer's ECU got fried. If we get a new one, can we reuse the flashpro license for the same chassis?

No, the license is locked to the ECU.

Even if I manage somehow to return the ECU to stock?

The license is not transferrable from one ECU to another.
