Kpro not connecting

Hello I tried to access my kpro on k manager today and it won’t let me upload or anything but I can see the kpro if I go to kpro tab also noticed the d1 is flashing red any tips?
What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?
From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?
