Drops Bluetooth

I couldn’t find a solid answer in any other thread. I have a 2017 Civic Si coupe. My Hondata loses Bluetooth connectivity after 10-15 mins. It’s different each time. It works again if I restart the car or just simply unplug the hondata and plug it back into the OBD2 port. Anyone have this issue? And/or how to resolve it?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?
What is the serial number that is on the FlashPro?
Are you using the android or ios app?

Your software is out of date. You must update your software from our website:

Then update the firmware on the FlashPro and reupload your calibration to the ECU using the new software.
