Good afternoon. After installing a wastegate on the intake manifold of the TVS1320 compressor k24z3, error p2279 constantly appears. Is it possible to make a window in the menu to disable it? Thank you

It cannot vent to atmosphere as it will alter the amount of air that the AFM has measured already.

The motor operates using MAP. The MAP sensor is located after the wastegate. MAF is only needed for automatic transmission

Our software engineers will put this in the next release for you to try. There is no guaranty it will work.

Out of curiosity, was that code present before the wastegate modification?

Is this a MercRacing Supercharger setup?

Reason I ask is that I have one, and plan to install it soon.

This is an external Tial MV-S 38 wastegate. It has nothing to do with the compressor itself

The previous version of the engine with the Merc Racing TVS900 compressor had no wastegate at all. The engine was set to a boost of 8,5 in summer and 11,5 in winter (the air temperature is lower - the boost from the compressor becomes higher). The same version of the engine with Merc Racing TVS1320 boost 14,5 in summer and 19 psi in winter, which is a lot. That's why a wastegate was installed
