KPro V2 won't communicate

a specific description of the problem: KManager won't communicate with the ECU. Driver's are installed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers with no success. When testing the USB, I get the message, "The ECU USB information is incorrect (Recovery PID)". Attempted to update, but the update failed. Solid green LED on the KPro board when connected (red LED flashes for a split second when connected and immediately shuts off) and the USB shows up in my computer's device manager. I'm not sure what to try next or if the ECU or KPro board is in need of repair. Can you guys offer any advice?
