Good afternoon, I have the flashpro OG model and for some reason it is not getting any power to the obd2 port. A normal obd2 scanner will power on but I can’t figure out why flash pro isn’t receiving power. Power does come on when connected to the laptop though. Any thoughts here? I have checked all fuses in and out of the car with no luck. :(

Have you tried plugging the FlashPro into a different vehicle to see if it powers up then?

Yes I tried plugging it up to another vehicle with the same issue :( it will power with the usb plugged into a laptop though. Maybe the cord is fried? Is there anything I can do? I tried cleaning the prongs but it didn’t help. Not sure what else I can do
