I'm having a issue where at idle it would surge very little but when I drive its fine until I go to neutral and start slowing down it starts surging until I fully stop then the surging stops. It started happening after I swapped my head gasket. Car is a 95 hatch k24 turbo. Below is a datalog where I started off driving and then went to neutral and it starts surging.

The radiator may still have air in it and needs to be bled.
