Hondata

Recently bought a used Kpro and installed on my EP3. Im unable to register it because to area is grayed out. I double checked that I was running the most up to date software. I've read some posts on here that the moderators are recommending the users to go the help tab and click on send feedback. I went to that tab and it is grayed out as well. How can I get this thing working?

I can't get a picture to upload at the moment. the Kpro sticker on the board reads; K-pro4 50969. ECU-37820-pnf-a04 2091-401093-0g25. It also included a metal cover with a barcode sticker. that sticker includes the part number and 601197-2810. there's a hondata badge on it as well. I don't know for sure if it is original or not. The ECU was sent to me with the clear cover on and the metal cover in the box.

I'm not sure how important it is but the seller didn't send the cable with the ECU so I had to buy a generic cable. It does seem to be connected because I was able to turn the immobilizer off and get the car running.

Post a photo of the KPro. If it is a KPro 1 then it does not have to ability to register it.

version 4.6.1.0 build 4083

That does not appear to be the ECU that this K-Pro was installed into by Hondata. Remove the ECU from the case and post a picture of the bottom of the ECU circuit board.
