Hondata

Just got a hondata currently running the stock reflash , when first reflashed it the check engine light would blink so I did research and unchecked the misfire box in “misc” I think , and it’s running ok . Will there be complications running this tune for a while ? I have no current mods and just want the car to run more smoothly and keep the reliability while just having the car stock . Plan on modding later but not for a while . And if there’s any tuners out there I would appreciate it yall could help me .

Are you experiencing any knock? Is the car modded? I would not turn any thing off until you have validated that there is no mechanical issue. You normally shut off misfire detection when you have a lighter flywheel.

Drove it around today and it had 11 on the “knock count” on the hondata app through my phone. I know knocks ain’t good so I’m just trying to preserve the engine while trying to enjoy the hondata. Should I reflash it back to stock ?

Car is currently stock , only thing I have is K/N air filter and a muffler delete. Appreciate the feedback.
