Would you mind help me to configure in the S300 to disable Vtec please ?
What do you advise on SManager to be configured ?

On the VTEC tab of the parameters window, uncheck VTEC enabled.

If I'm on Vtec Killer and uncheck VTEC, that's mean I will stay on low speed map ?

And what could be the issue to stay on the Low speed map ?

correct. Staying on the low-speed map with cams and valve train note designed for high RPM operation could cause damage.
