Kpro v4 chip not working

Car was running like normal then I open the glovebox and the car shut off. Now the chip is not working and there a specific component getting very hot can’t even touch it
Code on the component is gk10v216

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

There is two # in it
2062-200966 0G24

And this one is on the kpro chip 63337
