KPro does not read the O2 sensor.

Hi, how are you?

I’m having an issue with my 2002 Honda CR-V. My original ECU is 37820-PPA-K04, but we installed a 37820-PND-A59 with KPro.

Right now the oxygen sensor is not showing any reading in the KPro software. With the original ECU I checked the sensor and it works fine — I was able to see the data using an OBD2 scanner.

Could you help me figure out if there are any pin adjustments or wiring changes needed?

Would it be a better option to buy a wideband and feed it through one of KPro’s analog inputs?

Thank you very much.

Are there error codes with the K-Pro ECU?

What is the serail number on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

What error codes are you getting when datalogging?

K-pro serial number 66778

My car Honda Crv 2002 manual transmission

Can I transfer the K-Pro ECU to the original ECU of my CRV, part number 37820-PPA-K04?

It seems the problem with not reading the knock, O2, EDL, and VTEC sensors is because the PND ECU's pinout is different from the PPA ECU in my CRV.

The original ECU cannot use a wideband and your vehicle does not have the wiring or the sensor for wideband readings from the K-Pro ECU.

Initially, I want to read the OEM primary oxygen sensor. Later, when I install the turbo, I'll buy a wideband sensor and connect it to the KPro's input.

Does my original ECU have any limitations for installing the KPro and ensuring it works properly?

Thanks for your help and support

The K04 ECU is not supported.

Your vehicle does not have the wiring or sensor for the factory wideband to work with the US ECU you are using.

Thanks for answering my questions. So, I should buy a 37820-PPA-A06 ECU.

37820-PPA-A06 this ECU from a Canadian CRV, wouldn't have any reading problems with my OEM primary O2, knock sensor and VTEC sensors? The pinout is different with the PND-A59, right?

I'm asking so I don't have to modify the wiring harness in my CRV.

changing the ECU will not change that your vehicle does not have the sensor or wiring for this to work. Your vehicle is not supported by K-Pro.
