2010 Civic Si Tuning Help :)

I have a 2010 Civic Si with a 3.5" intake, J35 TB, and race header with the stock exhaust. When I had my old 3" intake, I'd been running the MAP-based, AEM SRI + race header Hondata tune, and it ran great. After getting my J35 TB, I got an E-tuner to fully tune it for me, and they got it running even better.
I recently installed the 3.5" intake, and it seems to run decent, but it definitely seems to bog a little at mid RPM and near the redline. AFR is also off in a few spots. I took a look at the datalog, tried adding a bit of fuel (it's a little rich in some areas now, but better than lean), and it does seem like it helped out a little bit, but it's still seems like it bogs a bit below 3500-4000, and above 7500 RPM.
Is there someone willing to look at some datalogging and help me out with my tune a bit? I'm still not too knowledgeable (IE, brave enough) to mess with with my tune too much, and I'm not ready to plop down more money for ANOTHER E-tune, especially since I plan on going turbo sometime next year.
I appreciate the help, you guys! I'm a long-time lurker here, and this site has helped me in so many ways over the last couple of years...
