"VIN not recorded" Error

Hi guys,

I bought a brand new flashpro for my 2013 ILX and registered it and locked it to my car. It worked fine for a couple reflashes as I was trying out different maps. Now I get an error saying "VIN not recorded." It shows locked to the car, and I get that same error when I try to unlock it. I've tried every combination of uninstalling/updating/reinstall software, rebooting my laptop, making sure I connect everything in the right order as per the instructions, etc. Nothing works. It still shows as registered and locked to my original vehicle but I can't do anything with it.

Any ideas?

Some clarifying information:

When I go into the Flashpro tab after turning ignition to on and plugging the flashpro in, the VIN does populate. However, the "Vehicle Model" and "Vehicle Family" fields both show as "Unknown."

And again, I have all four green checks in the bottom left of the screen, and it shows as locked.

I'm so lost here.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
