Re: Integra
Not sure, but just for any s300, what are some things i have to do or what do i have to be careful of when taking it from a civic to a obd1 integra?
Re: Integra
Please give the serial number of your s300, the exact model and year of your vehicles, and explain fully what you are doing.

Re: Integra
Not sure where i find the serial number. It’s a 2000 acura integra. Obd1. P75. I used to have a p28 with a sst chip but swapping it out for this. The guy told me i have to cut a data wire or something. I just want confirmation on what wire and if there’s anything else to doHondata wrote: Sun Jan 11, 2026 9:38 am Please give the serial number of your s300, the exact model and year of your vehicles, and explain fully what you are doing.

Are you trying to use it outside of the case like that?
What is the issue you are having with it?

Re: Integra
No that’s just how i bought it, i will put it in a case. I’m not having any issues, i just want to know what modifications to do before putting it in. I’ve been told there’s a data wire i need to cut or something.
Re: Integra
Please make sure it is properly installed in the case, then use it and see if it is working correctly.

Re: Integra
We cannot troubleshoot a hypothetical issue. You need to try using it and if there are issues, we can go from there.

Re: Integra
i don’t want it to get bricked. Is there any different procedure to do when taking it from a civic, and putting it in a integra.Spunkster wrote: Tue Feb 03, 2026 10:02 am We cannot troubleshoot a hypothetical issue. You need to try using it and if there are issues, we can go from there.

Re: Integra
My car has no motor right now and have no intent on making it run soon. But from what ive been told is i have to cut a data wire before putting it in the car or else it will get bricked. The guy a bought it from said it happenned to a guy he knows when he sold him another ecu. it is possible that it was bricked when he sold it but i doubt. So im wondering what to do before putting the p75 with a s300 into my car that used to have a p28 with a sst chip. The p75 is coming from a civic and going in my integra, he said that thats where theres an issue, that the integras have an extra wire compared to the civic.
Re: Integra
Nothing else should need to be done except put int in the vehicle, turn the ignition on and then upload and use it.
