throttle sticking after turbo

i installed this turbo that came with my car and while trying to data log the throttle sticks. it seems like it’s at quarter throttle and i could feel play in the pedal. i replaced the throttle cable ensured throttle body was closing also checked voltage on tps. it doesn’t seem to stick when the cars off or in neutral only under load when the turbo should start to spool/mid turbo spool. Anyone have issues with this before? TIA

My guess is that there is paint in the mechanicals of the throttle body that is making it sticky.

Okay, I’ll have to dig into that I did clean it all out (inside) and what not I’m just lost on why it’s only under load and as boost is about to hit. Also weird because I drove the car for months before the turbo 110% fine in vtech and at 6-7k rpm
