What base tune should I use? Flashpro

I have a 2007 fa5 with a k&n typhoon intake and a yonaka Catback exhaust, I wasn’t sure which maps would be safe and run well for my set up, I tried the k&n v2 sri map which I had 1 or 2 knocks at around 6k rpm WOT, and I slight loss of power then aswell. I just got the flash pro today and I am very new to all this, any help would be appreciated.

You would need to run a calibration with the mods closes to yours. Modifications may be needed as Hondata is not able to produce a file for every modification combination.
