NEWB with a datalog

Post by CSpeade51 »

I attached a datalog.
Are you able to open and view it.
Does it have the parameters recorded that would be needed when i ask how to get started self tuning this.

If it does work
Does anything look alarming. was moderate driving.

File and Car attached?

i took a recent datalog.
Have put some miles on it.
i put the baffle back in the exhaust.
it was running gutless it felt.
and now that premium is 5$ i think i am ready to upload the tune to the car.
I dont know enough about If i pick the closest one and log it and what to look for to correct so i dont blow the car up.
Either way here is a log attached.

every now and then the Flashpro will create a corrupted logfile that's huge (like 500MB or more). It seems to be a bug or glitch that has persisted for years. I just delete those when I see them in the list because often I can't even download them to my laptop, and even logfiles after those may end up being corrupt even if they appear to be the proper file size.

thanks for the suggestion on the file size issue.
i was wanting to get serious about the datalogging and learning the parameters so i could drop a tune and correct things without blowing it up.
But i just did an oil change and the old oil was glittery.
when i drained the top of the old oil from the pan and was looking at the bottom skim layer it was copper colored flakes.
The google said main bearings.
So at the moment shes parked in the drive way and im trying to figure the next move
