cannot upload files to flashpro and ecu

Im having problems uploading tune to the flashpro and to the ecu. When I press upload status bar displays for 3 secs then disappears.
live tuning is working and datalogging also. I cant upload the file to the car. calibrations tab also shows blank. This happened today while adjusting the tune. This flashpro has been with the car for more than a year already. could this be a failed firmware update on the flashpro mini? It asked to unplug from the vehicle because it the firmware will be updated.

just to add i have been using this flashpro manager version with no problems

looks like the secondary map is able to accept file. I was able to load manually the secondary map. But the primary map and loading the map thru PC Flashpro manager will now work. Is there a fix to this?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the exact issue. I click upload and the window pops up for a sec then disappears.
