Customer bought a car with flashpro already locked and tuned in 2024 and came for a retune because he will upgrade . This tuner(B_2024), set FLASHPRO PASS lock( not calibration) , now refuses(bad blood between them) to unlock it /denies he set password.
Car is EDM FN2 turbo with 4bar map and 1000 id.
You will say ok , use the retrieve password function , now it becomes an action movie .

Tuner (B_2024) that set the password lock , never updated owner details/email , and those in flashpro are the ones of the tuner (A_2011) that tuned the car back in 2011 as N/A , i happen to know him , and he told me , no problem , send me the mail and i ll give you guys the password for the device, he doesnt use this email now , but it is active .

I tried with 3 different laptops , always ONLINE , and the email fails to be sent from the flaspro software to his email adress.
If i send an email through gmail/hotmail , no problem. IS there a way to fix this and not have to send the flashpro back to hondata?
i have vehicle registration card that proves the vin no , and can provide remote access to hondata i needed.

To get the password you will need to go to the registered owner tab and click on reset security password. It will then send a code to the registered owner email address or text to the phone number. Then you will have to contact the registered owner for that code. We do not have any access to the password and cannot reset it any other way.

hi ,maybe you didnt read the whole post , if you ve seen the pictures , i am doing that , his email works i ve tested it with hotmail and gmail , the flashpro manager software doesnt send the email it reports error , maybe you could correct this in any way.
So only solution is to send it to you for password reset , what documets of proof do you need? vehicle regisration?

Have you tried the text method instead?
