recently purchased car with flashpro + canflex

hi forum/hondata - i bought a '24 Integra Type-S from a private party this past weekend. i was trying to connect the flashpro manager software to it to look at the options available for the Phearable Stage 3 OTS tune it came with. currently when i connect i'm not able to update the owner information and the previous owner (who im still in contact with) said he didnt set any password protection.

currently when i login and go to the 'registered owner' tab everything is grayed out. im not able to make any updates or see any rpm, afr, or really anything else. so overall i'm looking to trouble shoot on how to get access. currently the car has the flashpro mini and the canflex wired in. everything seems to be working as intended the car pulls hard and i can switch maps to the 5 different maps available with no issues.

any help is appreciated.

Version 4.6.5.0 build 5746 released 2/26/2026

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

problem resolved. solution was to unplug the hondata flashpro from the car. then i plugged it into the laptop and it updated firmware. plugged it back and connected right away no issues at all.
