Feels like hitting rev limiter

I recently installed the PRL HVI and Hondata CARB on my '22 Si. Initially everything felt great. In the last couple weeks, under heavy acceleration (not full throttle), it feels like I'm hitting a rev limiter between 5,000 and 5,500 RPMs. I usually drive in sport mode, so today I thought I was see if it happens in normal mode. Happened again, except this time it was just over 4,000 RPMs.
Has this happened to anybody else?

Have you datalogged when this happens so you can look and see what exactly it is doing?

I'm not exactly sure how to do that, but I'll do some research and figure it out.

So I datalogged today and was able to duplicate the problem. I've got the datalog graphed on my computer but I have no idea what I'm looking for

Saw from the datalog that air:fuel was hitting 29:1. Returned the car to stock with PRL intake and it's running fine. Not sure where to go from here.

I hope I did this right. I attached the datalog. The calibration was the CARB 240.

Then I'm missing something, because I thought you just select 240 or 250 and that's it. I didn't know there was anything else

With your FlashPro connected to your computer (the FlashPro can be, but doesn't need to be connected to the vehicle for this), from the FlashPro Manager software, click the "FlashPro" button in the toolbar. This should pop up the "FlashPro" window. On the Flashpro window, click the "Calibrations" tab, then you click the "Download" button from the "Primary Calibration Storage" portion of the window. You should briefly see a status bar showing the progress of the calibration download. Once the file has been downloaded from the Flashpro hardware to the FlashPro Manager software, Select "File -> Save As..." to save the calibration to your folder. Make sure you put it in a folder that you can easily find from the file explorer and give it a name you'll recognize. Go to that folder and upload the file here (it should have a .fpcal filename extension)
This will ensure that you're saving the exact file that your car is using.
Generally, when you load a calibration to your ECU, even when using an "off the shelf" calibration (such as the CARB 240 tune you're using) it's good habit to save the file to a folder on your computer. Name it something you will recognize.

Thank you for the detailed reply. I flashed the car back to stock. Is there a way to find the calibration if I didn't save it to the computer?

Ok, I think I did this right. I uploaded a new calibration and was able to replicate the problem. On the first datalog, it bogged right after shifting to 3rd gear. On the second datalog, it was right after shifting into 2nd.

I haven't tried that. Did you see something that indicates that might be the problem?
