Can't Download Calibration
My FlashPro Manager software is current at 4.7.2.0, and my FlashPro CARB has the newest firmware. When the FlashPro CARB is plugged into my laptop, I can't download the calibration that's on the FlashPro CARB (Online>Download). I've done it before, but now the "Download" option is greyed out. Any idea why?

What is the FlashPro serial number?
With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Sorry for the late reply. Life has been hectic. The serial # is: FP-16CIVIC-L15T-211070
