Tune causing P0171 engine code?

My current mods are a Hybrid Racing cold air intake, Skunk2 MegaPower RR catback exhaust, and Hondata FlashPro.

I’m currently running the Civic-si-RRB-5-SkunkHdr basemap, even though I still have the stock exhaust header.

I’ve been getting an intermittent P0171 (System Too Lean Bank 1) code. I’ve checked my intake connections, reseated the MAF sensor, and cleared the code to see if it comes back. The car seems to run well otherwise.

Could this tune mismatch (using the Skunk header basemap while still on the stock header) be enough to trigger a P0171? Or is this more likely to be caused by something like an intake/vacuum leak, MAF issue, or front air/fuel sensor?

Yes, it probably needs to be tuned correctly with the parts you have.
